Crash closes westbound Seminary Road
No serious injuries reported; police advise motorists to seek alternate routes
A vehicle crash shut down a portion of westbound Seminary Road Friday morning, according to the Alexandria Police Department.
Officers responded to the crash in the 5200 block of Seminary Road, police said in a social media post at 7:52 a.m. No serious injuries were reported.
Police initially reported eastbound lanes were affected but issued a correction stating westbound traffic was impacted.
The roadway reopened shortly after 11 a.m., police said.
