More than 4,000 Alexandria voters have already cast ballots in the Feb. 10 special election, according to city data through Saturday.
As of Feb. 8, 1,628 voters had cast ballots in person during early voting and 2,385 had returned mail-in ballots. Another 7,002 mail-in ballots are still outstanding.
