SUV rolls over, knocks down tree in Duke Street crash near Brenman Park
No injuries reported; lanes closed as crews clear scene
A single-vehicle rollover crash on Duke Street near Brenman Park brought down a tree and closed lanes in both directions Wednesday evening, according to the Alexandria Police Department.
Photos from the scene show a blue SUV on its side after striking and uprooting a tree. Emergency responders and bystanders were on scene.
Police said there were no reported injuries. Motorists were advised to expect delays and use alternate routes while the scene was cleared.
The crash was reported on social media by APD around 7:37 p.m.
