Schools closed again Friday; residential roads 95% clear; DCA memorial coming to Alexandria

Another virtual day tomorrow. ACPS announced that buildings stay closed on Friday. Residential roads jumped from 57% passable yesterday to 95% today, and Mayor Gaskins said the city is suspending sidewalk fines: “We’re not going to be penalizing residents when they’re fighting the same fight that we are fighting.”
