WASHINGTON (AP) — The Washington Commanders have lost three games this season.

In the first defeat, they missed a late 2-point conversion that could have tied it. In the other two, they lost their quarterback to a first-half injury.

Maybe this team would struggle even at full strength, but Washington hasn't had much of a chance to test itself with its key players healthy.
