ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A new Halloween sticker crawl begins Friday in Old Town, followed the next weekend by free trick-or-treating for children and for dogs.
The events are among the Halloween activities planned in Alexandria this month. Penny Post, Pippin Toy Co. and The Dog Park are presenting them, according to Amy Rutherford, who owns Penny Post, Pippin Toy Co. and Red Barn Mercantile.
"Old Town has become synonymous with Halloween and we are thrilled to continue that tradition," Rutherford said in an announcement.
