Old Town Cocktail Week returns Oct. 1–10 with whisky and scotch dinners and a science-minded cocktail night

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Old Town Cocktail Week starts Thursday, with bars and restaurants across the city offering featured cocktails, classes, events and cocktail dinners through Oct. 10.

Eleven spots are listed so far on Captain Gregory's Cocktail Week page: Captain Gregory's, Chop Shop Taco, People's Drug, King & Rye, The Study, Majestic, Chadwicks, Josephine, Virtue Feed & Grain, Vermilion and Casa Luna.

Suntory Global Spirits has presented the week in partnership with Captain Gregory's. Last year's edition ran Sept. 25 to Oct. 6 with specialty cocktails at more than 40 restaurants.
