ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Traffic and Parking Board recommended Monday against adding any of the 13 parking and loading spaces city staff proposed near Naomi L. Brooks Elementary School, two months after the board asked staff to look for parking for teachers there.
Staff had recommended five on-street spaces on the 600 block of Russell Road, two loading zone spaces there restricted to weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and six spaces on the 700 block of Johnston Place.
