Four things land this week that have been building since August.
Tonight, the Traffic and Parking Board votes on parking near Naomi Brooks Elementary — the next step in a Russell Road fight that's already produced three appeals to City Council. Tomorrow brings the draft Duke Street land use plan, the corridor's first since 1992, and an open house on sewer work across Del Ray, Rosemont and Arlandria. Wednesday is the deadline for ACPS to tell families whether their children get bus service back. And by Thursday, police have committed to publishing a map of their license plate reader locations and starting an outside audit.
