Happy St. Patrick's Day, Alexandria. Here's what's happened since this morning.

Alexandria police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl last seen 12 days ago near Park Center Drive. The Potomac River recreational water advisory has been fully lifted after DC Water finished emergency repairs Friday—just in time for Thursday's town hall at the Lee Center. And HUD has begun moving roughly 3,000 employees to its Alexandria headquarters amid ongoing legal challenges.
