A hard start to the week. Three people died, and a fourth is hospitalized after a stolen vehicle crashed on an I-395 exit ramp early Monday, at the end of a pursuit that began at Stevenson Road and South Walker Street. All four occupants are believed to be juveniles.
Police are also asking for help finding April Cuya Lopez, 13, last seen Sept. 6 in the 600 block of North Ripley Street.
Two things tonight: the city releases the draft Duke Street land use plan at Patrick Henry at 7 p.m., the corridor's first since 1992, and there's an open house on Del Ray East sewer work at Mount Vernon Community School at 6 p.m..
