ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Hotel Chocolat will open its Alexandria store at 128 King St., a company spokesperson told The Alexandria Brief on Wednesday, placing the British chocolatier in the 100 block of King Street near the waterfront.
The location will be a store only, the spokesperson said. The company's announcement last week had said its new U.S. stores would include a Velvetiser Café serving hot and cold drinking chocolate.
The store is expected to open ahead of the holiday season. The company has not announced an opening date or hours.
