ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Carr Properties has started pre-leasing at Margot, a 237-unit apartment building at 425 Montgomery Street in Old Town North, the company announced Tuesday. The first residents are due in mid-December.

Carr developed the building with Barings and will have Bozzuto manage it. Units run from studios to three bedrooms, plus penthouses. Carr says 77% have a balcony, terrace or Juliet balcony.

The company did not release rents.
