ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Washington Wizards guard Trae Young will host a party at Barca Pier & Wine Bar on the Old Town waterfront Friday night.
The "From the Point After Party" starts at 9 p.m. at 2 Pioneer Mill Way. It is presented by Crooked Pop, a zero-sugar hard soda brand from Crook & Marker, which Young promotes. Reservations are through OpenTable. Guests must be 21 or older with valid identification to buy or drink alcohol.
Young, a four-time All-Star, came to Washington in January in a trade that sent CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert to the Atlanta Hawks. He spent his first seven and a half seasons with the Hawks, who drafted him fifth overall in 2018, and he led the NBA in assists in 2025. Knee and quadriceps injuries delayed his Wizards debut until March.
Young turns 28 on Saturday.
